  • Procedure

    1. Repair Request
    Report the defective product to XION by completing the Return Material Authorisation (RMA) request on this page or by sending the printed and manually completed RMA request form.

    2. RMA number
    XION will send you an RMA number.

    3. Decontamination (instruments and endoscopes only)
    To protect our employees, instruments and endoscopes are only accepted in a decontaminated condition.
    A completed Declaration of Decontamination is a prerequisite for our accepting and further processing the returned goods. If the returned goods are not accompanied by a Declaration of Decontamination, we will perform decontamination at your expense, or we reserve the right to refuse acceptance.

    4. Packaging & Shipping
    Package the cleaned device in the protective film supplied and the original packaging or suitable shipping packaging. This can be provided on request.
    Please clearly mark the RMA number outside on the package.

    5. Cost estimate
    The device will be professionally inspected and you will receive a cost estimate for your approval.

    6. Approval
    If approved, please send the signed cost estimate back to XION by email or fax.

    7. Repair
    Following your approval, the repair is incorporated into the repair planning.

    8. Shipment
    Your repaired device will be sent back to you.
