Service Agreement

In co-operation with physicians, the video archiving and evaluation software DiVAS is constantly enhanced.

Customers who conclude a software service agreement are continuously informed about actual changes and technical alterations. All enhanced versions of the licensed software module are available at no charge. Problem solving or updates are part of the software service contract. The installation of new versions or updates can be effected by telemaintenance quickly and uncomplicated. If necessary, on-site assistance is also available.

We recommend an agreement for hardware service which includes annual on-site service with checkup and function testing by XION service technician. If required loan devices will be provided for the period of repair.

We can guarantee for a competent advisory service for any questions or problems concerning the soft- and hardware.
