Repair Process:

1. Service Card
Announce the return of the defective product with completed service card to XION.

2. RMA Number
You will receive a RMA number from XION. Please note this RMA number on the provided sticker.

3. Packaging and Return
Pack the cleaned device in the supplied protective bag and store it securely in its original package. Apply now the completed shipment documents and RMA number sticker on the package. Recipients: XION GmbH, Service, 13127 Berlin

4. Sterilisation (only for endoscopes and instruments)
In order to protect customers and staff, XION organizes a professional sterilization immediately after receipt of the endoscopes and instruments.




5. Repair Cost Estimate
After appropriate evaluation, XION will send you a repair cost estimate for release.

6. Release
In case of approval, please return the signed cost estimate by fax to XION.

7. Repair
After release, the repair will be started immediately

8. Shipment
The device is repaired and will be returned to you including a new protective bag and service card.
