The TRINOX trocar systems are offered in all necessary types and sizes.

The protective effect by covering the cutting edge of the trocar tip occurs noticeably earlier than with other systems. The special cut and the optimal adaptation to the trocar sleeve decrease the effort needed to puncture the abdominal wall.

A loosely inserted, hardened stainless-steel valve flap is closed and retained in position by a magnetic system.

Flap reducers are clipped on the side of the valve units and remain in position during the entire operation. Tey are simply clicked onto the valve when needed.

The slightly conical thread of the fixation sleeve allows the trocar sleeve to be optimally fixed in the abdominal wall.

A series of stainless steel dilatation sleeves permit 5.5 mm trocars to be replaced by larger diameters ones. To do this, the 5.5 mm trocar removed after inserting the guide rod. Then trocar (fittet with the dilation sleeve) is inserting over the guide rod, which itself serves as a retaining device.
